Invitation to “APIL + 1 Party”

You are invited to the “APIL+1 Party”!

Advocates for Public Interest Law (APIL) is celebrating its first year and we want you to come celebrate with us!

We remember the beginning of it all when we were so uncertain about APIL’s future that we did not even hold a proper opening ceremony. One year later, here we are, having established ourselves as a non-profit public interest lawyers’ organization and having seen the fruits of our humble labor in the fields of refugee rights, human trafficking, migrant detention, and corporate and human rights.

And because we are where we are today thanks to YOUR support and contribution, we want you to join us for the time of giving thanks for and celebrating this milestone! Come enjoy an evening of dinner and performances: we would be honored and encouraged to see you there!

When: 7:00 PM on Friday, July 13

Where: Light and Sound Art Hall (빛과소리 아트홀) at Exit 4 of the Seoul National University of Education Station (교대역)

Directions for Light & Sound Art Hall

Come out of  the Seoul National University of Education Station, exit 4 and walk straight 300m in the direction of Gang-nam station until you see Hana Bank on the left side.

Once you come up the stairs between Hana Bank and House Restaurant, you should see a sign that says ‘바다회상’ (a sashimi restaurant) across the street. Come down to B3 of that building (Joong-ang Seocho Plaza).

Then you will arrive at the beautiful Light & Sound Art Hall.

Although there is a parking lot, please try to use public transportation if you are attending a performance!
