For the Better Enforcement of the Refugee Law

Advocates for Public Interest Law presents analysis and position paper on evaluation of the first year Refugee Law enforcement in Korea. The aim of the paper is to contribute to the better enforcement of the Refugee Law. Thus, this paper covers fifteen issues raised during the enforcement along with the real-life cases and the recommendations for the policymakers.
